Refund & Return Policy – Royal Supplement

At Royal Supplement, we value our customers and aim to provide complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer

  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.
